Police investigating a new outbreak of vandalism at a burial woodland park in Gunton have urged visitors to be vigilant and report incidents of anti-social behaviour to officers.
Police have also stepped up patrols of the area after youths uprooted dozens of trees and damaged stakes.
The latest vandalism took place overnight from Saturday 26th to Sunday 27th April and follow overnight incidents on 19th and 20th April and another in the afternoon of 15th April, when youths ran off after being confronted by staff.
A Suffolk Police spokesman said: “These mindless actions show a complete lack of respect and are very upsetting. We are stepping up patrols and meanwhile ask members of the public to help us by reporting any anti-social behaviour as soon as they can so we can take effective action
