New images have revealed progress on a railway line being built as part of the Sizewell C development near Leiston.
The Leiston Works Railway is taking shape, with newly laid track marking a significant step forward in the project. The line is being developed to support construction work linked to the new power station.
The latest photos show the scale of the work, with track now visible across sections of the site.
The railway forms part of wider infrastructure improvements connected to the Sizewell C project, which continues to bring large-scale construction activity to the area.
The development represents a major change to the local landscape around Leiston, as work progresses on what is described as one of the UK’s newest railway lines.
