A fire at Oulton Broad North railway station has caused significant disruption to both road and rail travel in the area.
Emergency services were called shortly after midnight, with police closing Bridge Road in Oulton Broad to allow fire crews to deal with the incident safely. The road has since reopened.
The fire caused severe damage to a building at the station, with crews remaining on site to ensure the area is safe and to carry out investigations alongside Network Rail engineers.
Train services between Ipswich and Lowestoft, as well as between Norwich and Lowestoft, are affected. Some services are cancelled, while others are being diverted, including routes via Great Yarmouth.
During peak periods, trains on the Ipswich to Lowestoft line are only running betwee Ipswich and Saxmundham.
Rail replacement buses are being arranged, and tickets are being accepted on several local bus routes between Lowestoft, Norwich and Great Yarmouth.
Passengers are being advised to check before they travel and allow extra time for their journeys.
