Police are contiuing to appeal for witnesses and information following an assault in Beccles.
Police are contiuing to appeal for witnesses and information following an assault in Beccles. The incident happened outside Beccles train station, on Station Road, at approximately 4:25pm on Tuesday 30th March. The victims, two 17-year-old girls, were approached by a group of approximately 10 young males and females. Two of the females are reported to have punched the girls, pulled their hair and pushed them to the ground where the girls were then kicked. The girls sustained cuts and bruises and attended hospital for medical assessment. One of the female suspects is described as white with red, curly hair. Enquiries are ongoing and officers are urging witnesses or anyone knows those responsible, to contact Suffolk Police.
