Lowestoft and Southwold Christmas Day swims have raised thousands of pounds for charity.
After braving the chilly late December sea, hundreds took part on Christmas morning - with thousands of people watching and supporting.
Lowestoft Lions were at the UK's most easterly swim, with Blyth Valley Rotary on Southwold.
A group of swimmers who use the Horse and Groom pub and restaurant in Wrentham were among the fundraisers.
Their festive dip alone raised two thousand pounds for Macmillan Cancer Support.
Well done to them and everyone that took part in the amazing events.
