A fundraising concert in Southwold this Easter Monday will help provide life-saving support for people in Ukraine.
The event, organised by Help2Ukraine Suffolk, takes place at St Edmund’s Church and will raise money to send fully stocked ambulances to areas in need.
The concert is based around a “come-and-sing” performance of highlights from Handel’s Messiah, offering both participants and audiences an uplifting musical experience.
Organisers say the event is designed to bring the community together while supporting an important cause, combining live music with fundraising efforts aimed at delivering practical help on the ground.
Tickets cost £25 and are available online. The concert forms part of ongoing efforts by Help2Ukraine Suffolk to provide direct aid, with ambulances playing a crucial role in supporting medical services in affected areas.
Residents across Southwold and the surrounding area are being encouraged to attend and support the initiative.
