Police appeal and crime prevention advice given after jewellery stolen in six burglaries
Police are urging people to be vigilant and are appealing for witnesses after six burglaries and attempted burglaries in the Lowestoft and Kessingland area, including four where jewellery and other items totalling thousands of pounds were stolen.
These incidents took place between Thursday 15th August and Monday 9th September.
In total thousands of pounds worth of jewellery were stolen in the burglaries, which officers believe may be connected.
- 37/47027/24 – Wash Lane, Kessingland: Between midnight Saturday 17 August and 10pm Sunday 18 August
- 37/48979/24 – Priors Close, North Lowestoft: Between 2pm Thursday 15 August and 5.20pm Wednesday 28 August
- 37/48923/24 – Borrow Road, Oulton Broad, Lowestoft: Between 9.10pm Monday 26 August and 9.15am Wednesday 28 August
- 37/51037/24 – St Peter's Street, Lowestoft: Between 4.15pm and 11pm Saturday 7 September
- 37/51029/24 – Airedale, Carlton Colville, Lowestoft: Between 3.30pm and 10.20pm Saturday 7 September
- 37/51481/24 – Silverwood Close, Pakefield, Lowestoft: Between 10.54pm and 10.57pm Monday 9 Sept 2024
