Police are appealing for witnesses following a reported sexual assault in Lowestoft.
The incident is said to have taken place on the beach near East Point Pavilion, off Marine Parade, at around 11pm on Wednesday 8th April.
A woman in her 20s reported that she was walking along the beach when she was approached by a man who offered her a hug. He is then alleged to have intentionally touched her over clothing and attempted to kiss her before leaving the scene on a bicycle.
The suspect is described as a white man, around 5ft 8in tall, of slim build, wearing jeans, a jacket and a beige baseball cap.
Police are asking anyone who witnessed the incident or who has any information to contact officers, quoting reference 37/19840/26.
