Race is on to be East Anglia's New Mayor

East Suffolk Council leader Caroline Topping will represent the Green Party in the Norfolk and Suffolk mayoral election.

The Green Party are the latest to confirm who will represent them. Labour’s election process continues - with Caroline Topping joining the list of candidates, which includes current Conservative Police and Crime Commissioner Tim Passmore. Kevin Keeble is the candidate for the Lib Dems.

Mayoral elections for our region are due to take place next year.

Once in place - the Mayor will head up new unitary local authorities across the two counties.
