Roadworks in one part of East Suffolk will mean a 70-mile diversion for motorists.
Suffolk Highways will be doing five nights of work on the A12 between Bythburgh and Darsham beginning next Monday night 29th July through the morning of Saturday 3rd of August.
The road will be closed each night from 8pm until 5am the next morning for surface dressing.
The official diversion involves the A1120, A140, A143, and A145.
