A traditional May Day fete is set to bring a full day of entertainment to Rumburgh, near Halesworth.
The event will take place at the village’s Pleasure Ground and Village Hall, running from 11am to 4pm on Bank Holiday Monday (4th May), with free admission for visitors.
There will be a wide range of activities and attractions for all ages, including maypole dancing, Morris dancing, and live music from the Blyth River Blues Band and a kitchen band.
Visitors can also browse a variety of stalls, take part in a raffle and tombola, and enjoy family-friendly activities such as face painting and a dog show.
Food and drink will be available throughout the day, with refreshments, a barbecue, ice cream, and a plant stall among the offerings.
Organisers say donations are welcome to help support the event, which aims to bring the local community together for a day of celebration.
