Police are appealing for information with regards to an assault in Lowestoft.
It took place on Wednesday 14th August at some point between 8.30pm and 8.40pm on the service road between Notley Road and Kimberley Road.
A white woman, in her 50s with blonde hair and riding a bike, was walking small black Labrador type dog, possibly called Lulu. The dog was off the lead and approach another two smaller dogs, which were being walked on the lead by another man.
The man asked the lady to call her dog back as it was causing upset to his two. With that a man, aged in his 20s with dark hair, dressed in black clothing appeared and pushed the man, aged in his late 60s, with the two dogs to the ground, shouting obscenities at him. This has caused injury to the man's elbow and damage to his phone.
Police believe other people did witness this incident and one person did come over to see if the man was alright.
Officers are keen to identify the male or female with the other dog. Witness should contact Suffolk police, quoting crime number 37/46178/24.
