A long-established Lowestoft business has ceased trading after more than 40 years of service.
LEC Hire has confirmed it has now closed, bringing to an end four decades of providing car and van hire to the local community.
In a message to customers, the company thanked everyone who supported the business over the years, saying it had been a privilege to serve so many people across Lowestoft and beyond.
The statement expressed gratitude for the loyalty shown by customers and the trust placed in the business throughout its long history.
LEC Hire has been a familiar name in the town for decades - and its closure marks the end of an era for local vehicle hire services.
