A Lowestoft based small business that raises funds for, as well as awareness of - autism, has just completed a huge festive treat feat for a local school. The ‘Butterbean Bizarre’ is led by Melanie Lord, which has raised hundreds of pounds for local and national autism charities, over the last few years.
Melanie told us at East Suffolk One, that after previous local Christmas donations made by the group - this year’s festive season saw things get taken up to a whole new level.
Christmas crackers and party bags were given to each of the children at the school - which meant that all 360 pupils of the Gunton Primary School received a festive treat.
