After fencing off an area of land to the north of the existing caravan park - Tingdene started work and added underground drainage to the site and started building the foundations for around 20 caravans. However, a Planning Inspectorate decision means that the land - which was always Council owned, will now have to be restored to its original condition.

Tingdene, also owns caravan parks in Corton and Oulton Broad - and has three months to undo the work it started at the North Denes site. Social media posts have been commenting on the decision, which is has been welcomed as 'great news'. Meanwhile, some comments have been asking what will now become of the area of land, once it is returned t is former state.
