That's the simple message from Suffolk Police tonight - and heading into bonfire weekend too.

Avoid knocking on strangers doors - or those without decorations or pumpkins.

Local Safer Neighbourhood Teams will also be carrying out patrols. However, rain and strong winds could arrive duing the evening - as Storm Ciaran approaches the UK.
