Flooding has affected parts of Lowestoft and Wrentham after torrential rain and thunderstorms swept across East Suffolk.
Lowestoft's East Coast Cinema was among the locations impacted, while several roads across the town experienced flooding as intense downpours moved through the area.
Motorists also faced difficult driving conditions on the A12, with surface water reported at both Wrentham and Saxmundham.
The sudden change in weather comes after Suffolk recorded its second driest spring since records began in 1836. Met Office figures show less than 45mm of rain fell during March, April and May combined.
Despite the lack of rainfall, the season was also one of the warmest on record, helped by a spell of record-breaking temperatures towards the end of spring.
The recent thunderstorms brought much-needed rain to some areas, but also caused localised flooding and disruption for residents and drivers across east Suffolk.
Forecasters are continuing to monitor conditions, with further unsettled weather expected this week.
