A large wildfire has been spreading rapidly across Dunwich Heath, with firefighters working to tackle the blaze as it moves south-west towards St James' Church, off Westleton Road.

Firefighters are continuing to tackle a significant wildfire at Dunwich Heath, with residents being warned about large amounts of smoke in the area.
Suffolk Fire and Rescue Service remains at the scene as crews respond to the ongoing fire which emergency services were called to just around 5:00pm n Wednesday (29th July).
Suffolk Fire and Rescue Service has sent 14 fire appliances to the incident.
Crews are using a range of specialist equipment and resources, including Unimogs, drones and 4x4 quad bikes, to tackle the fire.
Fire crews from across Suffolk have been sent to the scene, including teams from Leiston, Reydon, Halesworth, Beccles, Ipswich, Lowestoft, Stradbroke, Wrentham, Bungay, Saxmundham, Haverhill, Orford, Stowmarket, Felixstowe and Woodbridge.
Members of the public are being advised to avoid the area while firefighting operations continue.
People are also being asked to keep roads clear to allow emergency vehicles to reach the scene.
Residents affected by smoke should keep windows and doors closed where possible.
