Suffolk Fire and Rescue Service has rescued 27 people who became stuck on the Wipeout rollercoaster at Pleasurewood Hills in Lowestoft for hours.
The carriages came to a stop on the track at aorund 1.30pm on Bank Holiday Monday, leaving passengers approximately 15 metres above the ground. The ride was not upside down at the time of the incident.
Firefighters used an aerial ladder and scissor lift to reach the passengers and bring all 27 safely back to the ground by early evening.
No one was injured in the incident.
