Drivers faced disruption on the A146 after a serious crash blocked part of the road between Gillingham and Stockton.
Emergency services were called to the scene on Sunday afternoon, with traffic affected for several hours.
Two vehicles involved in the collision had to be recovered, with the road remaining partially blocked while emergency crews dealt with the incident.
The crash happened on the stretch of the A146 between the Gillingham and Stockton roundabouts, a busy route used by drivers travelling between Beccles and Norwich.
The road was eventually cleared and reopened by the evening.
