The Pear Tree Fund is reminding people across the east Suffolk area that mental health support is available locally during Mental Health Awareness Week (11th to 17th May).
The charity says its services are open to anyone living in the area, supporting communities including Beccles, Bungay, Kessingland, Southwold, Leiston, Saxmundham and Framlingham.
The organisation estimates its work reaches around 50,000 people across rural towns and villages.
The Pear Tree Fund says it wants residents to know support and advice are available for those who may need help with their mental health or wellbeing.
People can contact the charity directly by phone or email for further information and support services via the link here.
