Pakefield Pastures is a mobile farm enterprise in the early stages of development. It currently operates on approximately one and a half acres of rented land, housing donkeys, sheep, and goats, alongside a variety of smaller animals and chickens.
The animals are actively incorporated into youth work, mentoring programmes, and school-based activities, providing opportunities for hands-on learning and engagement.
The long-term vision for Pakefield Pastures is to deliver wellbeing-focused experiences and animal-assisted therapy sessions for individuals of all ages, supporting emotional, social, and mental wellbeing through interaction with animals.
