East Suffolk Council has launched a new app to help residents manage upcoming changes to bin collections.
The app forms part of the Better Recycling initiative, which is introducing new recycling arrangements across the district.
Residents in areas including Lowestoft, Halesworth, Reydon, Beccles and Leiston will be able to use the app to keep track of collection information and updates linked to the changes.
The Better Recycling programme includes new food waste collections and expanded recycling options for a wider range of household materials.
Council officials say the app is designed to make it easier for households to stay informed as the new system is rolled out across east Suffolk.
