Bungay teenager raises thousands for community support with epic cycle ride

A 16-year-old from Bungay has raised thousands of pounds for Bungay Community Support after cycling from Norwich to London for a football match.

Ranulph Bacon set off from Norwich City's Carrow Road and cycled through Suffolk and Essex before reaching Millwall FC, where he watched Norwich's first away match of the new season.

The challenge has raised thousands of pounds for Bungay Community Support, a local organisation which provides support to people in the community who need extra help.

Ranulph's fundraising has also received encouragement from Norwich City striker Mohamed Touré (pictured), who has asked people to continue supporting the teenager's appeal.

The fundraiser is continuing, with supporters being encouraged to contribute to Ranulph's campaign for Bungay Community Support. You can pledge your support here.
