Every Sunday morning through June, July, August & September (weather permitting) we are offering FREE yoga sessions in the beautiful surroundings of Halesworth town park. 10am-11am. Run by experienced and local yoga teachers, these session are suitable for complete beginner and all are very welcome. Children and families are welcome but children must be under adult supervision at all times. Just wear comfy clothes and bring a water bottle, mat or towel. Mats are also available to borrow if needed. There are toilets in the park and it is directly accessible from the Thoroughfare Car Park. This is initiative was set up by Halesworth Town Council and is kindly funded by Sport England and the National Lottery, it is supported by Active Suffolk.
