The International Boatbuilding Training College at Sea Lake Road won the gong, as part of the National Maritime Awards ceremony in London.
The college won the Best Maritime Training and Education Programme Award - and said: 'the award is a wonderful recognition of the hard work that everybody at the college puts in to provide the best education in boatbuilding and woodworking.'
