A47 - Acle - Great Yarmouth

Speed Limit dropped to 50mph after Speed Cameras have been installed

A47 Acle - Beccles Interchange, Gorleston

(27 May - November 2025) - Resurfacing, upgrading lights and refreshing road markings

National Highways resurfacing and doing refreshing road markings on the A47 between Acle and Beccles Interchange between Gorleston-on-Sea and Great Yarmouth.

National Highways will also upgrade the existing lighting on the A47 at the junction to Halvergate to improve visibility.

National Highways plan to start work on Tuesday 27 May 2025, for approximately 22 weeks until November 2025. We'll work between 8pm and 6am on weeknights only, weather permitting.
