Lowestoft lifeboat has been involved in two emergency rescues off the Suffolk coast - and just one mile away from each other.
In one incident - a solo sailor was unwell and struggling to make any headway.
Then in a separate emergency the team from Gorleston inshore lifeboat were called to help the coastguard team with another incident at Lowestoft’s South Beach.
Both incidents happened late on Monday evening - 19th May.
