Beccles has a double Gold Medal Paralypian.
Will Ellard won his second gold medal Sunday evening (1st September) in swimmings 4 x100 metre S14 mixed freestyle
This followed his first gold and second medal of the Paris games, when he won on Saturday evening in the S14 200 metres men's freestyle - and set a new world record.
He won his first medal - a silver in the 100m S14 butterfly, only missing out on gold by 0.25 seconds.
Will can add to his medal tally - as he competes in more events this week……and there are calls for a post box in Beccles to be painted gold to mark his amazing achievements.
Fantastic - well done Will!
