It’s been the sunniest spring on record across Suffolk.
Figures from the Met Office show that over the combined months of March, April and May - we record almost 766 hours of sunshine.
This year’s sunny skies during spring beat the previous record set just 5 years ago.
It was also our third driest spring on records that date back to 1836.
