A new era has begun for what is now called the Lowestoft and District Foodbank.
The group has moved from Bevan Street East to The Rob Clarke Community Trust in Canning Road in the town - and will also be part of ‘Trussel’ - the anti-poverty charity and community of food banks across the country.
From today, the group say the most noticable change is the name from what was Lowestoft Foodbank. The name also reflects the wider area of Suffolk that is covered - and as well as Lowestoft includes Kessingland, Saxmundham and Leiston.
