Police are appealing for information after a person smashed a glass panel in the front door of a property in Norwich Road, in Lowestoft. The latest case of damage occurred in the early hours of this morning, Wednesday 6th January at around 1.20am - and a spanner type tool was found nearby. This incident follows others that have recently occurred in the same area of the town, when a car was set on fire, also in Norwich Road and a motorbike was damaged in York Road. Police are asking local people if they noticed any unusual activity nearby, heard the sound of smashing glass, or have any information about this crime - and they can contact Suffolk Police by phoning or Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
