As part of the RNLI 200 year celebrations around the British Isles, Lowestoft's Lifeboat treated crowds to a stunning display today (Sunday 10th March).
The town's lifeboat crew did an amazing sail by for those watching on a windswept and chilly Pakefield beach. Lowestoft's RNLI station is one of the oldest in the country. Andy Smith Liaison Officer told East Suffolk One that from around 1820 the station has been saving lives off the Suffolk coast.
