East Suffolk One has been recognised in Parliament - as part of a Bill to discuss local radio coverage.
Waveney MP Peter Aldous highlighted the station as he joined MPs from across England to highlight the importance of local radio coverage.
He also went on to explain the complicated structure community groups need to navigate to broadcast on DAB under current regulations.
Meanwhile he added that the current plans involving the BBC’s local coverage should be paused to allow a wider consultation to take place of all local media.
