Six fire crews have atteneded a fire that broke out at a derelict factory in the town.
The blaze was reported around 8pm at the abandoned building in Waveney Drive.
Fire crews from Lowestoft, Southwold and Great Yarmouth helped bring the incident under control.
The fire is believed to be arson, with Suffolk Fire and Rescue Service able to extinguish the flames shortly after 10pm.
