There has been a rare and usual sighting on the waters of Oulton Broad this week.
Reedham Ferry arrived in Suffolk - and went through Mutford Lock on (Thursday 11th January), as it prepares to undergo maintenance work at Lake Lothing.
With no ferry at Reedham - it means passengers will now face a long diversion - but the service should be back up and running next month.
The image below from East Suffolk Council's team at Oulton Broad Yacht Station shows the ferry making its way through the lock.
