A local runner’s helping turn quiet corners into safe spaces for reflection in North Cove.

North Cove now has its first ‘silent bench’ — a peaceful place for people struggling with their mental health to pause and reflect.
The project was started by Kieron Davies, who raised money through what he calls “ridiculous” sponsored runs, backed by generous local donations.
More benches are planned, and Kieron’s calling for ideas to support others with mental health and suicide prevention across the area.
