The full route covers between 4.5 and 6 miles and is expected to take between two-and-a-half and four hours, depending on the chosen distance and pace.
Along the way, participants will pass several well-known local landmarks including the UK’s most easterly point, Sparrows Nest Gardens, the Naval War Memorial, Jubilee Bridge, Great Eastern Linear Park, Lake Lothing, Nicholas Everitt Park and Carlton Marshes.
There is no need to book in advance and dogs are welcome to join the walk.
Organisers describe it as a relaxed opportunity to explore local green spaces and waterside paths while enjoying some fresh air and company.
