A historic church in Beccles will be transformed by a special light installation created by a nationally known visual artist.
St Michael’s Church is hosting a free light show designed by artist Will Lindley, whose installations have been commissioned for historic buildings, festivals and public spaces across the country.
The interior of the Grade I listed church will be illuminated in a way visitors may never have seen before, highlighting the architecture and atmosphere of the historic building through light and colour.
Organisers say the event is designed to allow people to experience the landmark in a completely new way.
The event tonight (Saturday 14th March) is free and open to everyone, with no tickets or advance booking required. Visitors will be able to drop in during the event, and refreshments will be available.
