A Southwold seafood business has been shortlisted as being one of the best in the country.
The Sole Bay Fish Company on the banks of the River Blyth, near the town's harbour - is in with a shout at the very first English Chippy Award.
The news comes after the building was destroyed by fire last summer - but on the 6th December, the business could be named as the best in England, when the results are announced.
The popular spot is not only a fishmongers but a busy takeaway stop for loclas and visitors.
