Head to Sparrows Nest Park on August 30th from 10am till 3pm for a fun active day for all the family. Free to enter and with up to 40 stalls , stands and traders including free taster sessions of numerous sporting activities including a temporary pump track and an opportunity to get your bike fixed ! There will be food stalls , face painters and the return of the Scores Race will pass through the event in the afternoon ! Speak with local sports clubs and find out how many great activities are available in Lowestoft. Add to the day and extend the festival by booking a free of charge Pickle Ball or Tennis Court at next doors Deans Oval - with the Box Up app even the equipment you need to play is free !! It may be a sports and well being festival but there will also be ice cream !
