Darker evenings shouldn’t mean missing out on the runs, friendships and time for yourself that you enjoy 💕.
Join Rise & Run for ‘Together After Dark’, a FREE event supporting Let’s Lift the Curfew and the call for safer, more welcoming public spaces for women.
▪️ Monday 26th October at 6pm
▪️ Meet at East Point Pavilion, Royal Plain, Lowestoft NR33 0AP
We’ll start with a welcome and warm-up, then enjoy a 30-minute run or run/walk at an easy pace where you can chat. After a cool-down, we can head for a warm drink and more chatting and talk about what may stop you from running after dark 🌙.
We’ll stay together, look out for each other and regroup along the way.
Please wear bright clothing/reflective clothes and wear a running light.
Come with a friend or come on your own, you’ll always get a warm welcome 🩷💜🩵.
