    Come and move your body to great music and feel stronger, fitter and happier!

    Lowestoft Beach Gym, weekly exercise on the beach to music. Completely free. 8am Saturday mornings on the beach, in front of Sunrise at Zak’s Cafe. 1 hour, with warm up and some stretches at the end. Using your own body weight to build strength and cardiovascular fitness. All levels welcome. If there is rain, session could be moved to the Sunday at the same time (or potentially another time or even day - latest updates on Facebook ). Year around. Community led. Initially facilitated by Nadia, however, other people are welcome to lead a session. Work at your own pace. No pressure. Great music, and friendly atmosphere.
