Carnival Theme for 2026 and 82nd Aldeburgh Carnival will be “Country & Eastern – Aldeburgh Ho Down”, Weekend events with carnival day and fireworks on Monday.

Aldeburgh Carnival – 15th–17th Aug
Saturday 15th: Music Event 1pm – 7pm, Duck Race – 4:30pm, Giant Kite Flying, Treasure Hunt – daily
Sunday 16th: 10K Mini Marathon – 10am, Punch & Judy – 12pm & 2:30pm, Waiters’ Race – 2:50pm
Duck Race – 4:30pm, Egg Boat Race – 4:45pm, Songs of Praise – 6pm
Monday 17th: – Carnival Day: Fair Weather Rocket – 8am, Swimming Races – 8:30am, Lifeboat Launch – from 10:30am, Decorated Premises – from 11am, Pipe Band – 2:20pm, Carnival Queen – 3pm, Procession – 3:15pm, Samba & Street Disco – 6pm, Lantern Procession – 8:45pm, Fireworks – 9:15pm
