Sonic Wave Presents

Sonic Wave returns to The Cut for its final event of the year: a double bill of genre-blending music with Broken Folk and Bonuru.

BROKEN FOLK are the East Anglian trio of pianist Will Fergusson, percussionist Les Chappell, and multi-instrumentalist poet Jason Parr, blending folk, jazz, and spontaneous creativity into unique performances.

BONURU are an outstanding Ipswich nu-jazz collective, mixing punchy brass and live electronics with rock, soul and dub. Definitely one to watch as they've received airplay on BBC Radio 6 Music, BBC Radio 3 and Jazz FM.

Vegetarian meals are served from 6-7pm (book in advance), followed by a short performance from the Waveney SHE choir at 7pm. Concerts start in the theatre at 7:30pm.
