Saxmundham Town Council Drop in Session

Modified Neighbourhood Plan – Saxmundham Voters - Come and Talk to Us!

There has been a lot of discussion about Saxmundham's Modified Neighbourhood Plan, and we know residents may have questions about what the changes mean, how the process works and what they're actually being asked to vote on.

We believe everyone should be able to make up their own mind, based on clear, accurate information.

That's why we're holding an informal drop-in session - for Saxmundham voters only - where you can chat face to face with members of the group who helped write the Plan, ask questions, raise concerns and look at the facts and supporting documents.

No presentations, no public speaking and no pressure. You don't need to have made up your mind or understand all the planning terminology. Just come along with whatever questions you have.

📅 Saturday 24 October 2026

🕥 10:30am – 12:30pm

📍 The Town House, Station Approach, Saxmundham, IP17 1BW (opposite the railway station)

We'll have the kettle on and time to listen!

Your vote is your decision. Our role is to help you understand what the referendum will – and will not – decide.
