Two 45 minute Pilates classes led by Jasmin’s Pilates will be held in Kensington Gardens, with all proceeds going to the Lowestoft Samaritans

Pilates promotes strength and mobility.
In association with Lowestoft Samaritans, Kensington Gardens and Lowestoft Town Council, Jasmin’s Pilates will hold 2 classes of 45 minutes each inKensington Gardens on Saturday 21 September at 7am and 8am. Jasmin will provide mats and all equipment, should the weather be unsuitable the classes will be held at East Point Pavillion. There is a minimum donation of £5 per person per class
