A lane in Suffolk has been completely closed because it has been filled with fly-tipped waste.Dam Lane in Kessingland, has been blocked after rubbish was left there – creating hazard to drivers.

East Suffolk Council is asking people to report fly-tipping as soon as they see any, to help them respond – and where possible, prosecute those illegally dumping waste.

Meanwhile, the Council is reminding people to make sure that waste is disposed of responsibly by using their bulky waste service or the nearest recycling centre to get rid of large items – or those that cannot be put in to a kerbside bin.
