Using your mobile phone
The easiest way to join the Zoom call for the recording is on your mobile phone. Download the Zoom app onto your device and click the join link from our email when it’s time to join the call. To get the app search for ‘Zoom cloud meetings’ from the app store on your phone or click here if you are already on your phone.
Once on the call, use your phone ‘like it’s a phone’. For the best audio quality please don’t place your phone on speakerphone as this creates an echo.
Alternatively you can use your earbuds, so long as they have a microphone built in. You do not need to turn your camera on for the call.
Using an iPad/Android Tablet
Please download the Zoom app and use a headset/earbuds for the call. There is no need to turn on your camera for the call
Using a computer/tablet
You do not need to download the zoom app (but you can if you prefer) on your computer, you can join through your web browser. Please use a headset with a microphone for the call.
